About Claire and In The Pink

‘In the Pink’ is an old saying that means in good health both physically and emotionally. Everything I do is with the aim of helping people to improve their physical and emotional well-being. I launched ‘In the Pink Yoga’ eight years ago and five years later, I added ‘In the Pink Relaxation Massages’ to my offerings.

I am a fully qualified Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher with a passion for sharing the wonderful benefits of Yoga with everyone. I have been practising Yoga for over twenty years and teaching it for eight years. I am an experienced teacher member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals and CIMSPA. I have further qualifications and trainings in Mindfulness (including Breathworks) and Chi Kung, and I incorporate Chi Kung style movements and aspects of Mindfulness into my Yoga classes. I am also a fully qualified and experienced Aromatherapy massage therapist.

Each class includes relaxing music and twinkle lights, creating a lovely atmosphere for the Yoga moves and breathing. Classes offer options for all people from beginners to more experienced and for those who need modifications to suit their needs to make sure everyone feels included and encouraged. I offer free 1:1, phone or online consultations to anyone who wants them to explore modifications to suit their individual needs.

In today’s frantic world, more and more people are finding themselves stressed and tense with stiff and aching bodies and worried minds. Yoga classes, Mindfulness and Relaxation Massages can help people to unwind, de-stress, loosen up and gain emotional and physical well-being.

My aim is to share affordable and inclusive Yoga, Mindfulness and Relaxation Massages so that people can enjoy their many benefits and be happier and healthier.
