'In Person' Yoga Classes

We will be doing FREE outdoor Yoga classes in May and June on Mondays 2-3pm in Mary Stevens Park, Stourbridge (see boxes below for dates of sessions).

These classes will be suitable for all ages and levels of experience. Classes can accommodate up to 30 people (first come, first serve) following government and local regulations and adhering to social distancing etc.

You will need to dress for the weather 😉, bring a bottle of water and bring your own mat to use for the last 15 minutes downward dog/sitting/lying parts of the class (if you don't want to use a mat you can work without one and leave after the standing part of the class which will take around 45 minutes).
